We offer AI software development, AI implementation in business, and related solutions ("Services").

2. Info Products

We provide digital courses, guides, and e-books on AI topics ("Info Products").

3. Goods

We may offer hardware accessories and branded merchandise ("Goods").

4. Fees and Payment

All fees are due upon ordering. Payment is processed via secure methods. You agree to provide valid payment details to facilitate the process.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Services

Clients may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if no project milestone has been delivered. Requests must be submitted via our contact form. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days via the original payment method. Services may be rescheduled once at no extra charge if requested at least 3 days before the scheduled start date.

Non-Refundable Services: Custom development projects that have commenced after approval and kickoff are non-refundable due to allocated resources and scheduling commitments. We will detail this policy during project initiation.

5.2 Info Products

Info Products are eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided that less than 20% of the content has been accessed. Requests should be submitted via our contact form. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days.

5.3 Goods

Physical items may be refunded within 14 days of delivery if returned in unused condition and original packaging. Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the item is defective. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive the returned item. For defective items, platform or reshipment may be offered.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, source code, and trademarks provided by Neravix are owned by us. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Neravix will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kuwait. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Kuwait City.
